Spaghetti Bolognese

Before this, wawa ada post pasal spaghetti carbonara and now, nak share pasal spaghetti bolognese pulak. Semalam mr.fand kata officemate dia nak datang so kita orang pun fikir-fikir nak masak apa. in the end wawa cakap i can cook bolognese, sebab itu je kot yang wawa hebat masak instead of soto or mee goreng dan sewaktu dengannya.

Hurm yummy. Spaghetti ialah makanan favorite kita orang. once in a month mesti wawa akan masak bolognese. Let it be known, we all love Spaghetti Bolognese. ala-ala makanan wajib bagi kita orang lah. I think it is one of our top 5 favourite foods selain dari sotong masak kicap. Ha! will share about sotong masak kicap later.


Jom wawa share resipi with you all.

INGREDIENTS: 

3 ulas garlic - chopped
3 biji tomato - potong kiub
250gm minced meat
1 tin PREGO mushrooms
1 tin mushrooms dalam tin (ayam brand)
1 tbsp black pepper
1/2 batang carrot - potong kiub
3 tbsp olive oil

METHODS:

1. Heat oil, masukkan garlic biarkan sampai kaler gold.
2. Masukkan tomato & minced meat.
3. Masukkan air panas.
4. Masak sehingga air kering and meat jadi lembut.
5. Masukkan PREGO.
6. Masukkan carrot & mushrooms
7. Masukkan black pepper
8. Serve at once.

p.s: spaghetti dimasak bersama butter or olive oil - want to avoid  sticky spaghetti  but Italians don't put oil. Read this. Whatever la kan janji spaghetti wawa nampak cantik. :)

Senangkan and supper delicious. Put parmesan on top of spaghetti. Serve with coke. (mr.fand suggest and super unhealthy kan hubby i tu? sebab dia kata spaghetti paling sesuai minum with coke.)



I guess banyak cara and variety of ingredients orang guna untuk buat spaghetti. ada suka letak lada kisar, bawang besar. Depends pada selera and maybe apa yang ada dalam fridge time nak masak spaghetti kot. Janji sedap kan?

    tak pernah lg taburkan cheese on top tu..nnti nk trylah :)

  4. still bolognese sebab meatball tu add-on je. optional nak letak meatball ke tak. applicable jugak utk semua sauce spaghetti.

    oh meatball buat sendiri ke?
